Horseradish-incorporate fresh or prepared horseradish into your daily diet to help dry up your sinuses. Hanna recommended eating it fresh from the jar but if you can’t handle that, try adding it to a sandwich.

Black pepper-Add fresh ground black pepper to one teaspoon of honey. Take this as often as needed.

Grape Juice—sip organic, low sugar grape juice (12 ounces) two times daily for six weeks.

Vegetable broth-Every half hour drink 4 ounces of pure water. Do this for 2 days then make yourself a vegetable broth and drink 6 hours on the full hour and 4 ounces of water on the half hour.

Carrots-Cut 2 carrots and cover with 1 quart water. Boil for 20 minutes and drink this broth as an exchange to the vegetable broth listed above.

Hanna created a special herbal combination called Sinus Blend that combines Horseradish, Lettuce, Wood Betony, Peppermint, and Vitamin C to help combat the issues associated with sinus issues. While it’s most popular in the spring with the rise of pollen, Sinus Blend is also useful during the winter when the sniffles associated with a cold arise. This blend helps support the immune system, nose health, and helps to keep your head clear.
