Ever considered using an herbal tea to ease your cough or help put you to sleep? How about to remedy diarrhea or help break up a kidney stone? It's possible! Read on to learn how herbs come together to create a soothing tea blend for health.

Sweaters, soups and stews, cozy fires and hot beverages are being ushered in with the change of the seasons. As we head into fall we are reaching for things that will warm us from the inside out and teas are at the top of the list for most.

Tea is a natural herbal remedy for many ailments. Tap into its healing powers

Sipping hot tea satisfies something very basic within us once the temperature drops outside and there are a variety of teas that can not only warm us but also heal with their medicinal benefits. Soothing a sore throat, easing a cough, addressing an upset stomach or calming a troubled mind are possible through the effective blends of teas. While humans have relied on plants as a source of food for thousands of years, we have moved away from finding the healing quality in them over time. Why has this changed? The ease of purchasing something from behind or over-the-counter has discouraged us from looking to dried fruits, flowers or herbs to address our ailments in a natural way and we hope we can open a door to begin to alter this thinking.

Hanna perfected these tea blends over time out of a need to address ailments naturally. We are proud to offer each of these loose teas and believe in their healing qualities. Honey and lemon can be added to adjust the taste to your preference, though many allow the natural taste of the blends to stand alone. Each of these teas are loose leaf blends so may want to consider using a tea ball or infuser to keep the herbs and flowers from floating in your cup. (we offer several options of each)

Please note that herbal teas can have different effects from person to person. Don’t forget to consult your healthcare practitioner before trying herbal teas.
